3/4 inch 14kt gold round with polished border curled filigree miraculous medal. The pendant features the figure of Mary in the center and a polished gold border. Surrounding Mary are the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." Around the polished border is a second, decorative filigree border with curled details. The back of the medal features additional imagery related to Mary (photograph of the back of medal will be added in the future). Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box.

The origin of the miraculous medal comes from the visions Saint Catherine Laboure experienced in the year 1830 of Mary Immaculate.
